How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Time range varies from item to item. Please check the description of the item to find out the average time it will take for that item to arrive. It can take up to 30 days but for an item to arrive depending on demand. Once your purchased item is mailed out, we will send you a tracking number which you can use to see where your item is.
Will my single order of multiple items be sent together?
Items are sent from our partnered companies and warehouses so they will be sent separately. You will receive a tracking number for each of the items.

We have FREE worldwide shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
There is a 30% restocking fee for cancelled orders, BUT you must contact us A.S.A.P as we can’t cancel an order once it has been processed.
Are customs charges included in the price?
No, Custom charges varies from country to country. Some countries have a minimum price you have to surpass before you get charged any customs. You should inquire with the customs office of your country to find out the correct details before you make a purchase.
